The 2021 MVTV Christmas Party will be held on Saturday 10 December 2021. Mark it in your diary now!

A meeting of the MVTV Body Corporate Committee was held Wednesday 14 April 2021.

At the April 2021 meeting of the MVTV Body Corporate Committee it was decided to hold two Information Evenings: one in May 2021 on the topic of Insurance; and one in June 2021 on the topic of Fire safety.  The information evening on First Aid has been postponed while we are still required to socially distance.

On Monday 21 December MVTV residents said farewell to our Building Managers, Lois and Brian McCambridge and welcomed the new managers, Sandy and Greg Ripps. With a staggered party to comply with COVID restrictions, over 100 residents came to say good-bye to Lois and Brian, and welcome to Sandy and Greg.

At the 2020 Annual General Meeting held Monday 24 February 2020, the Body Corporate voted in favour of a new intercom and access control system being installed. The new system has now been installed.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the 2020 MVTV Christmas Party was cancelled.

Two very successful first aid programs were held for MVTV residents in July 2018. If you missed out and would be interested in attending one in 2021 please let the Building Manager know. The new children’s playground was launched in December 2017 and the many children who attended had a ball. Since then, shade sails have been installed. It is great to see so many families enjoying the facility.Thanks go to members of the sub-committee who have created such a great environment for the children.
